The Caprico IGM PerCP, a monoclonal antibody conjugated to PerCP, detects human IgM for flow cytometry. It's used in multicolor panels and immunophenotyping, suitable for staining blood, marrow, and cell suspensions. The MHM-88 clone, mouse IgG1 isotype, comes in PBS with stabilizers at 0.2 mg/mL. Use 5-25 μL/test on 100 μL blood or 1M cells. Store at 2-8°C, away from light, for analyzing IgM+ B cells.
