The protein migrates as 19-21 kDa and 23-25 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.;Immobilized Human IL-17 RA, Fc Tag (Cat. No. ILA-H5257) at 5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Biotinylated Human IL17A, His,Avitag (Cat.
