The protein migrates as 45-50 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.;Immobilized Biotinylated Human IL-2, Fc,Avitag (Cat. No. IL2-H82F3) at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) on streptavidin precoated (0.2 μg/well) plate, can bind Human IL-2 R alpha, His Tag (Cat.
