- Suitable for in vitro and in vivo studies.
- Fluc enables noninvasive bioluminescent imaging of implanted cells.
- EmGFP facilitates postmortem analysis by fluorescence microscopy or flow cytometry.
- Mycoplasma free.
- Grows in RPMI-1640 Medium with 10% FBS and 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin.
- Maintain density between 5 x 105 and 2 x 106 cells/mL.
