Molecular Devices' Neurotransmitter Transporter Uptake Assay Explorer Kit provides a homogeneous, fluorescence-based method to measure dopamine, norepinephrine, and serotonin transporter (DAT, NET, SERT) uptake activity in live cells. The no-wash format supports kinetic and endpoint reads and is optimized for high-throughput screening and for use with transfected or endogenously expressing cells.
