Vector Laboratories ImmPACT AMEC Peroxidase (HRP) Substrate Kit produces red reaction products for use in IHC and blot-based protein detection protocols. The novel ImmPACT technology generates a crisp red reaction product and is 5-10X more sensitive than conventional AEC substrates. ImmPACT AMEC can be used for both manual and automated staining methods. Stained slides must be aqueously mounted, e.g. in VectaMount AQ and are stable for up to two years. This product consists of diluent and concentrated chromogen stock solutions in convenient dropper bottles and can be used on nylon or PVDF membranes. Total working volume is 120 ml, and the working solution is stable up to 14 days. This product is not recommended for use on nitrocellulose membranes.
