Vector Laboratories ImmPACT DAB HRP Substrate Kit produces a dark brown reaction product that is crisper and 3-4 times more sensitive than the original Vector DAB substrate kit. It can be used for both manual and automated staining methods. The ImmPACT DAB working solution is stable for at least five days at room temperature and at least two weeks when stored at 4 degrees C. This product consists of a concentrated stock solution of highly purified DAB and 120 ml of diluent and can be used for IHC and on blots. Vector Laboratories horseradish peroxidase (HRP) substrate kits include options that are cost-effective (e.g. standard DAB), sensitive (e.g. ImmPACT DAB) and convenient (ImmPACT DAB EqV). The range of vibrant colors available facilitates multiplex staining.
