ImmPRESS-VR Horse Anti-Mouse IgG Polymer Detection Kit, Peroxidase, Veterinary Reagent, 15 ml, is a polymerized reporter enzyme staining system in a one-step detection kit. ImmPRESS-VR polymer reagents consist of unique micropolymers of highly active enzyme attached to highly cross-adsorbed, affinity-purified secondary antibodies. They produce outstanding immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry results due to increased target accessibility, binding specificity, and signal intensity along with low background staining. Cross-adsorption ensures minimal cross-reactivity against endogenous tissue elements in animal species commonly used for diagnostics and research-based animal model systems. This product can be used on bovine, goat, sheep, swine, horse, cat, dog, and rabbit tissues, as well as human. Separate kits are recommended for rat (Cat. No. MP-7422) and mouse (Cat. No. MP-2400). It is supplied ready-to-use and provides both shorter assay time and simplified multiple labeling.
