In immune clues students will review a patient’s symptoms and meal history, perform a simulated skin prick allergy test to identify possible triggers, and use a component-resolved diagnostic simulated blood test to distinguish between a true food allergy and cross-reactivity.

• All You Need: Distilled or Deionized Water, Beakers (250 mL), Pipet Pump or Bulb, Disposable Lab Gloves, Safety Goggles, Automatic Micropipettes (5-50μL, 100-1000μL) and tips.
• Storage: Some Components Require Refrigerator Storage.
