Immunocare TBS Wash Buffer (sodium azide and thimerasol free) works well for manual and automated immunohistochemistry applications as well as other laboratory procedures requiring a high quality TBS buffer with superior pH stability. The buffer contains surfactant and allows for reagents to spread more uniformly across tissue sections on slides. It has been specifically formulated with Enzyme Activator for Alkaline Phosphatase detection systems. It can also be used on an automated staining system.
