Vector Laboratories ImmPACT AEC Peroxidase (HRP) Substrate Kit produces red reaction products for use in IHC and blot-based protein detection protocols. The novel ImmPACT technology generates a crisper, brighter red reaction product that is 3-5 times more sensitive than conventional AEC substrates. ImmPACT AEC can be used for both manual and automated staining methods. Stained slides must be aqueously mounted, e.g. in VectaMount AQ and are stable for up to four years at 4 degrees C. This product consists of diluent and concentrated chromogen stock solutions in convenient dropper bottles and can be used on nylon or PVDF membranes. Total working volume is 120 ml. It is not recommended for use on nitrocellulose membranes.
