The InCELL Detection Kit is a detection kit intended for use with InCELL Hunter or Pulse cell lines, allowing measurement of target-engagement based changes in protein stability. This kit contains a lysis buffer and exogenous EA as well as EFC substrate to allow for detection of ProLabel-tagged protein levels in the assayed cells. This kit contains all components required to assay 16 plates (96- or 384-well).
