The Micro 100 Indexable Turning Toolholder 16R849 is a right-hand turning toolholder with a 16mm shank diameter and accepts 8mm square indexable inserts. It has a maximum depth of cut of 0.315" and a minimum bore diameter of 0.630". The toolholder is made of steel with a black oxide finish and has an overall length of 4". It is suitable for external turning applications. The toolholder requires a screw-clamp style insert with a .315" thickness for proper seating.
