The Micro 100 Indexable Turning Toolholder 16R847 is a right-hand turning toolholder with a 1" shank diameter and a 0.75" insert size. It has a 0.625" maximum depth of cut and can hold negative rake inserts with screw clamping. The toolholder body is made from steel and allows high speed machining up to 650 SFM. It is designed for general purpose turning, facing, profiling and grooving operations on CNC lathes. The toolholder requires a CC_-TN style insert which is sold separately.
