The Micro 100 Indexable Turning Toolholder 16R833 is a right-hand turning toolholder with a 16mm shank diameter and 8mm insert size. It has a 93 degree entering angle and accepts negative rake inserts with screw clamping. The toolholder body is made from steel and allows high speed machining. It can be used for facing, turning, profiling, chamfering, and grooving operations on lathes and CNC turning centers. The toolholder requires a CC_-TN insert, which is sold separately. It is manufactured in the USA by Micro 100 Tool Corp.
