Indirubin-3′-oxime (IDR3O) is a synthetic derivative of indirubin that functions as a potent inhibitor of cyclin-dependent kinases (CDKs) and glycogen synthase kinase 3β (GSK3β). It directly inhibits all three isoforms of JNK (JNK1, JNK2, and JNK3). This compound also promotes height growth through the activation of Wnt/β-catenin signaling in chondrocytes and is intended for research use only.
- Potent inhibitor of cyclin-dependent kinases (CDKs)
- Potent inhibitor of glycogen synthase kinase 3β (GSK3β)
- Directly inhibits JNK1 (IC50: 0.8 μM), JNK2 (IC50: 1.4 μM), and JNK3 (IC50: 1.0 μM)
- Enhances height growth by activating Wnt/β-catenin signaling in chondrocytes
- Blocks c-Jun phosphorylation in cerebellar granule neurons (CGNs)
- Prevents 6OHDA-induced decrease of nuclear localized MEF2D expression in PC12 cells
- Enhances tibial longitudinal growth in mice
- For research use only
