Indirubin-3′-oxime (IDR3O) is a synthetic derivative of indirubin. It is a potent inhibitor of cyclin-dependent kinases (CDKs), glycogen synthase kinase 3β (GSK3β), and all three isoforms of JNK (JNK1, JNK2, JNK3). Studies show it enhances height growth by activating Wnt/β-catenin signaling in chondrocytes and prevents apoptosis in cerebellar granule neurons.
- Potent inhibitor of cyclin-dependent kinases (CDKs)
- Inhibits glycogen synthase kinase 3β (GSK3β)
- Directly inhibits JNK1, JNK2, and JNK3
- Enhances height growth by activating Wnt/β-catenin signaling in chondrocytes
- Prevents c-Jun phosphorylation in cerebellar granule neurons
- Prevents 6OHDA-induced decreases in nuclear localized MEF2D expression in PC12 cells
- Enhances tibial longitudinal growth in mice
