Compatible with typical flow rate analytical columns up to 4,500 psi and 5ml/minute, as the Filter becomes clogged, pressure will rise and flow will decline. They are not recommended for use with UHPLC pressure ranges. The universal connection (fits all HPLC Column threads and pilot lengths) can be installed with a wrench or hand tightened.When these filters are in use, and pressure starts to rise, simple disconnect (after pressure in the column is at atmospheric), dispose of and replace with a new inline Filter Element, 0.188", PEEK Encased is supplied but any MicroSolv Filter Element that is 1/4"OD and 1/16th" thick.
