The INNOVANCE™ Antithrombin assay is an automated, ready-to-use, chromogenic assay that exhibits excellent precision and reliability. This quantitative assay for the determination of functional antithrombin utilizes human anti-Xa substrate and avoids interference with heparin cofactor II and direct thrombin inhibitors, such as hirudin.
