Plastic inserts have been engineered to fit the opening of standard opening screw thread and standard opening crimp top vials containing a nominal I.D. of 5mm. Inserts are available assembled with polymer bottom spring or patented Top Spring. The polymer spring acts as a shock absorber and provides a cushion against needle contact. The conical design permits complete sample removal.
