The InstaPrep™ Concentrate Tubing Set and Single-Strength Tubing Set provide sterile, efficient fluid transfer for InstaPrep™ Bags used with the InstaDose™ Gravimetric Diluter. Each set is designed to support aseptic media dispensing and includes secure quick-connect fittings, a standard or precision dispensing nozzle for improved aiming control, and a color-coded rotary tubing section for easy identification of tubing diameter and pump compatibility.

- Single-strength tubing sets support ready-to-use media delivery from compatible single-strength media bags, including Dry-Bags™ and customer single-strength media formats, when used with the InstaDose™ Gravimetric Diluter.

- Green: 3.2 mm ID for concentrate media dispensing with 10 g and 25 g samples
- Yellow: 6.4 mm ID for concentrate media dispensing with 125 g samples
- Blue: 8.0 mm ID for single-strength media dispensing with 10 g, 25 g, and 125 g samples
- Rotary tubing sizes are matched to media concentration and sample size to support dispensing resolution and accurate gravimetric dispensing in alignment with ISO requirements.
- Designed for peristaltic pump operation with compatible InstaDose™ pump clamp settings.
- Standard and precision nozzle options support different nozzle holder configurations. The precision nozzle improves aiming control but does not increase dispensing accuracy.
- Precision dispensing model ideal for small containers such as tubes and bottles.
- Flexible nozzle holder compatibility supports standard and precision holder configurations for different sample containers and workflow.
- Pinch clamp control helps maintain sterility and prevent unwanted air ingress when the system is not in operation.
