Insulin, Ultrasensitive (0.025 1.5 ng/ml) mouse ELISA, 96 wells. Immunoassay kit for quantitative measurement of mouse insulin in serum, plasma, and body fluid samples. Calibration range: 0.2 - 7 ng/mL. Detection limit: 0.025 ng/ml. Summary: Insulin is a peptide hormone secreted from B cells of islet of Langerhans in the pancreas.
