Intact Genomics Recombineering Chemically Competent Cells are designed for high-efficiency transformation in DNA, plasmid, and BAC engineering, as well as homologous recombination. This SW102 derivative strain facilitates efficient DNA or BAC modification through galK positive/negative selection and is tetracycline resistant (5 μg/mL).
