Internal Ctrl Lentivirus is a transcription factor reporter lentiviral vector designed to monitor Hypoxia/HIF pathway (HIF2a) in living cells This construct delivers a Renilla Luc reporter cassette together with a Blasticidin selection marker for generation of stable cell pools The vector is provided as a ready to use Lentivirus preparation pseudotyped with VSV-G for efficient gene delivery and stable genomic integration Each vial provides a nominal titer of 2x10E6 transducing units TU Typical applications include Monitor hypoxia/HIF pathway (HIF2a) activity The fluorescent reporter enables convenient readout using flow cytometry fluorescence microscopy etc The system is suitable for use with Human/mouse and can support assay development high content screening and mechanism of action studies This product is intended for research use only and is not for diagnostic or therapeutic procedures
