The E-Gel™ Low Range Quantitative DNA Ladder is supplied at 17.5ng/μL in 8mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 1mM EDTA, 5% glycerol, and 0.005% Orange G; For 100 applications

Suitable for estimating size and quantity of double-stranded DNA by ethidium bromide visualization on all E-Gel™

Prepared from a specifically constructed plasmid, the ladder consists of an equimolar mixture of five blunt-ended fragments ranging from 100 to 2000bp. This ladder is supplied ready to use in an optimized E-Gel loading buffer. The buffer includes Orange G dye that runs at approximately 25bp. Compatible with E-Gel™, E-Gel™ 48, E-Gel™ 96 gels.
