• Created by transfecting the parent cell lines with pFRT/lacZeo and selecting for stable Zeocin™-resistant clones
• Co-transfection of Flp-InCell Lines with Flp-Inexpression vector and Flp recombinase vector, pOG44, results in targeted integration of expression vector to same locus in every cell, ensuring homogeneous levels of gene expression
• Flp-In-Jurkat cell lines work well with vectors that express gene from CMV promoter
