Each pEF6/V5-His TOPO TA Expression Kit contains two boxes. The TOPO TA box contains all of the reagents necessary for ligation, including 200ng of topoisomerase I-activated pEF6/V5-His-TOPO vector, sterile water, dNTPs, 10X PCR buffer, salt solution, control templates and primers, primers for sequencing or PCR screening, and an expression control plasmid. The Competent Cell box contains all of the reagents necessary for transformation, including 21 x 50μL aliquots of TOP10 Chemically Competent E. coli, S.O.C. medium, and pUC19 supercoiled control plasmid.
