The ProQuest Two-Hybrid System includes yeast expression vectors pDEST32, pDEST22, and pEXP-AD502 for generation of GAL4 DNA Binding Domain and GAL4 Activation Domain fusion proteins, and LR Clonase II Enzyme Mix, a glycerol stock of the MaV203 yeast strain, as well as positive and negative controls for the two-hybrid assay.
