UltraPure DNA Typing Grade™ 50X TAE Buffer is a sterile-filtered solution of 2M Tris-acetate and 50 mM EDTA. To prepare a 1X solution, mix one volume of UltraPure 50X TAE Buffer with 49 volumes of distilled water.
