Bio X Cell Antibody, CD16/CD32, Rat IgG2b, Unconjugated, 1 MG
Supplier: Bio X Cell BE0307R001MG
The 2.4G2 monoclonal antibody specifically reacts with mouse CD16 (FcγRIII) and CD32 (FcγRII). It is commonly used to prevent non-specific binding of the Fc portion of IgG to FcγIII and FcγII receptors prior to staining with antigen specific primary antibodies. It can also be used to block Fc receptors in vivo.
