When used in combination with the Ion Total RNA-Seq Kit v2 (Cat. No. 4475936), the Ion Xpress™ RNA-Seq Barcode 1-16 Kit enables users to pool up to 16 fragment libraries prior to template preparation and then conduct multiplexed sequencing analysis, simplifying the Ion semiconductor sequencing workflow for small and whole transcriptome RNA.
