Induces apoptotic neuronal degeneration in embryonic cortical neurons and cell cycle arrest at G1 phase. Useful tool for increasing intracellular Ca2+ concentration. More effective than A23187. Non fluorescent. Has been used at 4nM and 2-4µM  (whole cells). Purity: ≥90% (HPLC, TLC). Appearance: Waxy yellow to colorless material. Solubility: Soluble in DMSO or methanol. Long Term Storage: +4°C.
