  • Potent and specific ligand for the ETB receptor, with a KiETA/KiETB ratio of 120,000 and 60 times more selective than ET-3.
  • In vitro activity: Induces guinea pig trachea contractions and increases cytosolic Ca2+ in vascular endothelium.
