The ISRE Luciferase Reporter HEK293 Cell Line (JAK/STAT Signaling Pathway) is a HEK293 cell line designed to monitor the activity of the JAK (Janus kinase)/STAT (Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription) signaling pathway. These cells expresses a firefly luciferase reporter driven by ISRE (interferon stimulated response element) stably integrated into HEK293 cells.This cell line has been shown to be responsive to stimulation with IFNα (interferon Alpha) and to treatment with the JAK inhibitor Pyridone 6.
