Jeio Tech OV4-65 Vacuum Oven delivers precise, gentle drying for heat-sensitive, easily oxidized, and powdered materials. By reducing the boiling point under vacuum, the OV4 enables efficient drying while minimizing thermal degradation and oxidation. Built with a corrosion-resistant chamber and intuitive controls, it ensures reliable and repeatable performance. The PID control system delivers excellent stability (±0.2°C fluctuation) and uniformity (±1.5°C variation) across a temperature range of Ambient +15°C to 250°C. Standard aluminum shelves enhance heat distribution and durability. Additional features include auto-tuning, 3-point calibration, programmable ramping, a 5” LCD touchscreen with real-time graphs, RS-232/USB connectivity, and safety protections.
