The JeKo-1 mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) cell line was isolated from the peripheral blood mononuclear cells of a 78-year-old female with a large cell variant of MCL showing leukemic conversion. The JeKo-1 cells are highly tumorigenic in SCID mice and has applications for immunology research.
