Kisspeptin-10 is a protein and potent endogenous agonist for the kisspeptin receptor, GPR54 (Ki=2.33 nM). Kisspeptin-GPR54 signaling assists in gonadotropin-releasing hormone secretion at puberty. Kisspeptin-10 is the smallest fully bioactive fragment of kisspeptin, and was originally identified as a metastasis suppressor for melanoma and breast cancer. Provided as 1 mg of dry powder.
