The IMAP FP Evaluation Kit provides reagents for fluorescence polarization (FP) assays to evaluate kinase and phosphatase activity using IMAP bead-based binding chemistry. The kit contains proprietary IMAP binding reagent and binding buffers configured to stop enzyme reactions and initiate binding, enabling FP readout in high-throughput plate formats. Labeled substrates are available separately.
