The SpectraMax Quant AccuClear Nano dsDNA Assay Kit is a fluorescence-based assay for selective quantitation of double-stranded DNA in 96-well microplate format. It uses a dye that preferentially binds dsDNA and provides a wide linear detection range suitable for low to high DNA concentrations.
