KRAS inhibitor-9 is a potent inhibitor of KRAS (Kd=92 μM) that blocks the formation of GTP-KRAS and downstream activation of KRAS signaling pathways. It binds to KRAS G12D, KRAS G12C, and KRAS Q61H proteins with moderate binding affinities. This product is intended for research use only.

  • Causes G2/M cell cycle arrest and induces apoptosis in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) cells
  • Selectively inhibits the proliferation of NSCLC cells with KRAS mutation but does not affect normal lung cells
  • Inhibits the activation of the KRAS downstream signaling pathway
  • Blocks GTP-KRAS formation
