Mutations in KRAS are commonly associated with human cancers, making the KRAS-RAF signaling pathway an important target for cancer research and drug discovery. The KRAS (Q61K)-cRAF Binding Assay Kit is a TR-FRET–based assay designed to quantitatively detect the interaction between activated KRAS and the cRAF Ras-binding domain (RBD). Activated KRAS generates a measurable FRET signal upon binding to cRAF, while inhibitors that disrupt the interaction reduce the signal intensity, enabling evaluation of potential therapeutic compounds.
