Contains: 40 m-ColiBLue24 broth ampules, 150 Push Fit funnels and S-Pak filters (Millipore), 1 Microfil Stand Alone support (Millipore), 1 Syringe/tubing vacuum device, 50 petri dishes (50 mm, sterile) with nutrient pad, 50 sterile, individually wrapped 10 ml pipets (poly), 50 sterile sample bags with dechlorinating agent, alcohol burner and 100 ml of isopropyl alcohol, illuminated magnifier (5x), pipette filler, forceps, ampule breaker and procedure documentation.
