Add 1ml of Tween 80 per liter of media.Dehydrated Appearance: light tan, homogeneous powderPrepared Appearance: amber agarSoluble in boiling waterComposition:Peptic Digest of Animal Tissue Beef Extract Yeast Extract Dextrose Sodium Acetate Disodium Phosphate Ammonium Citrate Magnesium Sulfate Manganese Sulfate AgarPreparation: Mix 69g powder medium in one liter of purified water and mix untill evenly dispersed. Heat to dissolve completely. Add 1ml of Tween 80 and mix. Autoclave to sterilize at 121°C for 15 minutes.
