Laemmli SDS Sample Buffer, 6X is a sample loading buffer for protein gel electrophoresis.

  • Premixed liquid 6X concentrate.
  • Contains 375 mM TRIS-HCl (pH 6.8), 9% SDS, 50% glycerol, and 0.03% bromophenol blue.
  • For protein sample preparation in the Laemmli SDS-PAGE system, without reducing the disulfide linkages.
