The protein migrates as 100 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.;Immobilized Cynomolgus LAG-3, Fc Tag (Cat. No. LA3-C5252) at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Anti-Human LAG3 MAb, Human IgG1 with a linear range of 8-31 ng/mL (QC tested).;Flow Cytometry assay shows that Cynomolgus LAG-3, Fc Tag (Cat. No. LA3-C5252) can bind to daudi cell surface. The concentration of LAG-3 used is 1 μg/ml (Routinely tested).
