The Mono Cut Mix is a mixture of intact lambda DNA and lambda DNA separately digested with ApaI, KpnI, XbaI and XhoI. The fragments have been filled in with DNA Polymerase I Large (Klenow) Fragment to prevent re-annealing. The approximate mass of DNA in each of the bands is provided (assuming a 0.5 µg load) for approximating the mass of DNA in comparably intense samples of similar size. This product comes supplied with 1 vial of Gel Loading Dye, Purple (6X), no SDS and is suitable for PFGE and standard electrophoresis. The size range is 1,503 bp kb to 48,502 bp.
