Santa Cruz Biotechnology Lambda Phosphatase, 20000 units
Supplier: Santa Cruz Biotechnology SC200312A
Lambda Phosphatase can be used to release phosphate groups from phosphorylated serine, threonine and tyrosine residues in proteins; also active on phosphorylated histidine residues. 1 mL of 10X Reaction buffer and 1 mL of 10X MnCl2 included with each size. Lambda Phosphatase (Lambda PP) is a Mn2+-dependent protein phosphatase with activity towards phosphorylated serine, threonine and tyrosine residues. The enzyme is inhibited by vanadate ions and can be heat inactivated at 65° C for 1 hour in the presence of 50 mM EDTA.
