Supplier: Diagnostic Biosystems PDM568
Laminins are a family of heterotrimeric extracellular glycoproteins consisting of alpha, beta, and gamma chains. Laminins mediate the attachment, migration and organization of cells into tissues during embryonic development by interacting with other extracellular matrix components. Laminin is expressed in heart, lung, kidney, muscle, pancreas, retina, and placenta. Very little or no expression is observed in brain and liver.
