LB Broth, Lennox is a ready-to-use microbial growth medium used for the cultivation of E. coli. Low (5 g/L) salt formulation Lennox is also nutrient rich containing peptides, amino acids, water soluble vitamins and carbohydrates. Useful for molecular genetic studies, as well as maintenance and propagation of bacteriological stocks.

Recomendation: This is the best option for LB Broth if a lower concentration of sodium chloride is desired; as LB Broth, Luria-Bertani Broth has 10.0 g/L NaCl and LB Broth, Lennox contains 5.00 g/L NaCl.
