Lenalidomide (CC-5013) is a derivative of Thalidomide that acts as a molecular glue and is an orally active immunomodulator. It functions as a ligand of ubiquitin E3 ligase cereblon (CRBN), leading to the selective ubiquitination and degradation of lymphoid transcription factors IKZF1 and IKZF3 by the CRBN-CRL4 ubiquitin ligase.
